The inert station APPLANIX POS/AV510 allows precise determination of the external orientation of the exposures, the moment the shot is taken. Afterwards, if necessary, these parameters are adjusted during reprocessing to integrate this information with data provided by a fixed GPS station on the ground, everything being calculated by the ISAT software. The parameters so obtained determine the co-ordinates X,Y,Z from the centre of projection as well as the angles O, F, K of each photograph, and with that the precision demanded.





The system POS/AV 510 d'APPLANIX, used for registering the parameters in flight, and the all new software ISAT of Z/I IMAGING, for the processing on the ground, allow the utmost precision in determining the parameters of orientation of the aerial photographs within a system of specific co-ordinates. This operation is essential in providing accurate initial data in the chain of production for orthophotoplans or stereo plotting.
